Annual Hedberg Public Library Book Fest - Saturday June 21, 2025

Workshop Proposal Highlights

  • We are looking for craft-focused sessions that will appeal to a broad section of writers such as, crafting voice, creating character, editing, plotting your book, research skills, and other "how-to" topics.
  • Compensation for a one-hour session is $150.
  • Presenters also receive a ticket to a post-event reception with award-winning author Maggie Ginsberg
  • Presenters may also reserve a table at the HPL Book Fest Author Fair free of charge.
  • Proposal deadline is February 10, 2024.




Author Fair Highlights

  • The author fair is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Any author who lives in Wisconsin or has a Wisconsin connection may apply.
  • The table fee is $25 and includes a ticket to the reception with Maggie Ginsberg.
  • Application deadline is March 7, 2025.
